For our services we charge both buyer and seller a flat fee of $245.00 per transaction payable within 30 days of delivery. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buying dealer. If the vehicle is arbitrated and unwound, the cost of transportation is the responsibility of the selling dealer.

Any arbitration must be submitted in writing to MARS within 48 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays.
